Mark making with a 20 month old

So I decided it was high time I should practice what I preach and make an effort to get my little girl Mark making at every opportunity possible.  

We’ve certainly had some ‘Yey’ moments! But we’ve also had some ‘Uh oh!’ times too! From trying to draw on Mummy with chocolate to pencil on the walls!!! 

But I’m so proud of how well she’s beginning to develop those fine motor skills already and more than anything, how much she’s enjoying it! So I’ve decided, the mess is worth it! 

Also a top tip for containing the mess - a tuff spot! (The big black tray) But don’t buy them from an educational supplier.  You can get them for half the price from a builders merchants - cement mixing trays are exactly the same things!
