This is the last recap class of the single letter sounds
Practise recognising the letters l, j, v, w, x, y, z & q, reading cvc words and finding letters to spell cvc words.
 
This is one video class that recaps all 8 sounds made by the letters l, j, v, w, x, y, z & q.  We sing the Jolly Phonics songs, play "Spin that Sound!" and work those fine motor skills with some playdough disco.
We then move onto some blending and segmenting.  Now your child is proficient at hearing how letters blend together, this class moves the children on with activities to practise reading 3 letter words (including a game of bingo), and breaking the sounds up in words to try and spell 3 letter words.
